MEET OUR DEPARTMENT HEADS
Productions are collaborative in nature; it’s the combination of people, ideas, and disciplines that brings every project to life.
Here’s what our team members love most about working in production — in their own words.
PATIENCE AS PRACTICE
Time is everything. Patience is how we use it wisely. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is give yourself the time to become better at what you love.
LOVE THE PROCESS
To me, success is not about never making mistakes. It is about building a life and a company rooted in passion, curiosity, and purpose. That mindset is what shaped my journey, and it is what continues to shape Fat Mango Studios today.
‘BOTANICA’ INSIGHTS
How does XR production change the way worlds are built on set?
By combining real time digital environments with physical production, XR allows creators to build worlds that were once impossible.
FROM SURVIVAL TO GROWTH
Growth is not a destination.
It is a continuous process of learning, refining, and building with intention.
If you want this trimmed to meta description length or adapted for LinkedIn or website previews, tell me where it will live and I will fine tune it.
WHY TIME IS THE MOST VALUABLE CURRENCY
Time is the only currency we spend every day without knowing how much we have.
Be in the now means choosing presence over pace, creating with intention, slowing down, and spending time on what truly matters.

‘FACE YOUR DEMONS’ INSIGHTS
We recently had the opportunity to capture behind-the-scenes content for Sammi Cheng’s music video, Face Your Demons — and it was one of those projects that quietly reminds you why you love working in production.
From the moment we stepped onto set, the scale was striking. For a music video, it felt closer to a film shoot. Dancers filled the space, lighting rigs stretched across the set, and multiple departments moved in sync — coordinators, technicians, performers, and crew all operating at a seriously high level of professionalism.
‘HALEON’ INSIGHTS
For this project, we sat down with a participant from a dental charity programme who had received free dentures. He was kind, soft-spoken, and reserved — someone completely unaccustomed to bright lights, cameras, microphones, stylists, and a room full of people focused entirely on him.
Before the shoot even began, we knew this wouldn’t be straightforward. And that was okay. This is exactly what documentary work is about: real people, real stories, and real moments — not performers trained to be on camera.
Instead of jumping straight into production mode, we took a step back. Before interview day, we spent time together without talking about the shoot at all. We talked about life. We shared food, exchanged stories, laughed, and got to know each other on a personal level.
