WHY TIME IS THE MOST VALUABLE CURRENCY

The only currency we’re forced to spend every single day is time. We don’t know how much of it we have, only that it’s constantly moving. That’s why choosing how we spend it matters. Spending time doing what you love isn’t indulgent; it’s intentional. That’s what it means to be in the now.

The idea of being present is something my co-founder, Golf, and I deeply resonate with. As creatives, part of our work and who we are needs freedom. Freedom to slow down, to feel, and to exist in moments that inspire us. Being surrounded by other creatives, sharing ideas, and staying curious is what keeps that energy alive.

In a fast-moving world, presence is easy to lose. Deadlines, notifications, and constant momentum can pull us away from ourselves. That’s why reminders matter. Reminders to pause, to choose more wisely, and to protect what’s best for us, creatively and personally.

This mindset is something I’ve intentionally brought into Fat Mango Studios. Every day we walk into the office, the goal isn’t just productivity, it’s presence. To be in the now, together. Because meaningful creative work doesn’t come from rushing time, but from being fully inside it.
