KNOWING WHEN TO SAY YES-NO

FEAR OF FAILURE
It’s a short exercise you can do in 10–15 minutes to shift the way you approach your day. Most of us don’t hold back because we lack ideas or ability, but because fear of failure quietly shapes our decisions.
